The Beginning

I have several content rich, professional Websites involving the real estate market and mortgage loan qualification. They ARE lovely sites but they are costing me money, not making money as was the original plan.

So here I sit trying to understand SEO, RSS, Syndication, Adsense, and affiliate programs. I have spent 5 hours today in front of this screen researching these topics. I literally have a pain in my neck at this point but I think a light is beginning illuminate the webs in my mind. (sorry)

Seriously, I think I am starting to understand the principles, I have a plan, and now I have to implement it. Having a "slight understanding of", and "doing" are two different things. So this will be a long journey. I hope not too painful. I'm still blown away with the RSS. This blog is my first step in understanding.

I would like to host it from one of my websites but wasn't sure I could set it up right. I'll try that tomorrow but I think today I should just learn my way around in here. I found spell check.

I think it would be nice if we all made the trip together. We all have a different knowledge base and sharing will carry us a long way.
